MacSamp

MacSamp is a small program with a specific function - to assess whether the distribution of Maculinea larvae within between species of potential host nests is significantly different from random. It is very much a work in progress, and so is likely to be updated and significantly revised quite often. It is also likely to be quite buggy, and will not exit gracefully if you do something it does not expect.

The input file should be a two-column tab-delimited text file, with each line representing one ant nest. The first column specifies the species of the ant nest, and has a value from 1 to n (n = the total number of species on a site), and at the moment must be sorted from 1 to n. The second column is the number of Maculinea found within that nest.

At the moment the program is without documentation, but I may hopefully write something soon...
