Abstract: Tangerine is a new method for global gene expression analysis, developed at Global Genomics, Stockholm, Sweden. It is based on PCR and the display of all transcripts in a sample on capillary electrophoresis. Tangerine combines molecular biology methods with advanced computer algorithms and database look up for gene identification and transcript quantification.

Johanne is applying for at PhD position with the Carlsberg project.
